Nxt.Tools FAQ

Nxt.Tools is a platform that gives you access to productivity tools for images, PDFs, documents, scanning, and more—powered by AI. Use free tools with ads, or subscribe for ad-free access and premium AI. Our tools work seamlessly across devices and range from local utilities to advanced AI-powered services.

Nxt.Tools offers productivity tools for images, PDFs, documents, scanning, and AI—with three service types:

• Free Local Tools: Productivity tools (e.g. image, PDF, document, scanner) that run entirely on your device. These are free but may display small banner advertisements. Statistics and data are stored locally on your device.
• Backend Services: Tools that require server processing. These are free but require viewing full-screen advertisements as a reward mechanism to access the service.
• AI Tools: Advanced tools powered by third-party AI services. These require either a subscription plan or pay-per-use (on-demand) pricing.

• Free Local Tools: May display small banner advertisements while you use the tools.
• Backend Services: Require viewing full-screen advertisements before accessing the service. This is our reward mechanism for providing free backend services.
• Ad-Free Experience: Any active subscription to Nxt.Tools removes all advertisements, including banner ads and full-screen ad requirements, across all services.

Subscriptions provide access to AI tools and remove all advertisements from your Nxt.Tools experience. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription plans include a set number of AI tool uses per billing period.

Some AI tools are available on a pay-per-use basis. You pay only for the AI tool uses you need, without a subscription commitment. Charges are processed immediately upon use. This is ideal for users who need AI tools occasionally rather than regularly.

Statistics and data generated by local tools are stored entirely on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to sync or backup your data. You have full control over your local tool data and can delete it at any time by clearing app data.

When you use AI tools, your content is processed by third-party AI service providers. We may store this content temporarily to provide the service. Your data is subject to the privacy policies of the respective AI service providers. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for details on how they handle your data.

Yes! You can use Nxt.Tools for free in several ways:

• Use free local tools (with small banner ads) - these run entirely on your device
• Use backend services by viewing full-screen advertisements as a reward mechanism
• Try AI tools on a pay-per-use basis without a subscription

Subscribing removes all ads and provides access to AI tools with included usage credits.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the period ends. After cancellation, you can still use free services, but advertisements will return, and you'll need to pay for AI tool usage on-demand.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. All payment information is processed securely through our payment partners.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific subscription agreement or required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at nxttools@constagility.com with details of your situation.
