Question 1

What is NxtTools?

Accepted Answer

NxtTools is a free, all-in-one productivity app for images, PDFs, documents, scanning, signatures, and more — bundled into one mobile app. Every shipped tool is free with no account required: local tools show small banner ads, and backend services unlock by viewing one full-screen reward ad. Question 2

What types of tools does NxtTools offer?

Accepted Answer

NxtTools is organized around three service types: Free Local Tools: Productivity tools (e.g. image, PDF, document, scanner) that run entirely on your device. These are free but may display small banner advertisements. Statistics and data are stored locally on your device.. Backend Services: Tools that require server processing. These are free but require viewing full-screen advertisements as a reward mechanism to access the service.. AI Tools (planned, not yet live): Advanced tools powered by third-party AI services. When they launch, they will be available via a subscription plan or pay-per-use (on-demand) pricing..

Question 3

Can I use NxtTools for free?

Accepted Answer

Use backend services by viewing one full-screen reward advertisement per session.. No account is required. Subscriptions (which will remove ads) and AI tools are planned, not yet live. Question 5

How do advertisements work in NxtTools?

Accepted Answer

Free Local Tools: May display small banner advertisements while you use the tools.. Backend Services: Require viewing full-screen advertisements before accessing the service. This is our reward mechanism for providing free backend services.. Ad-Free Experience (planned): Subscriptions are not yet live; once available, an active subscription will remove all advertisements across all services..

Question 6

How do subscriptions work?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are planned and not yet live. When they launch, a subscription will remove all advertisements and include an allowance of AI-tool uses per billing period, billed monthly or annually with auto-renew until cancelled (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period). Full subscription terms will be detailed in our Terms of Service.

Question 7

What is on-demand pricing for AI tools?

Accepted Answer

AI tools are planned and not yet live. When they launch, some will be available on a pay-per-use basis — you'll pay only for the AI-tool uses you need, with no subscription commitment, charged at the time of use.

Question 8

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are not yet live. When they launch, you'll be able to cancel anytime, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period — benefits remain until then. Today, every shipped tool is already free.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

When paid plans launch, we will accept major credit cards and other methods through secure third-party payment processors, and full credit-card details will not be stored on our servers. Today, every shipped tool is free with no payment required.

Question 10

Are there refunds for subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are not yet live. When they launch, subscription fees will generally be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your subscription agreement or required by law (see our Terms of Service). For any billing question, contact us at nxttools@constagility.com.

Question 11

Where is my data stored for local tools?

Accepted Answer

Statistics and data generated by local tools are stored entirely on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to sync or backup your data. You have full control over your local tool data and can delete it at any time by clearing app data. See our Privacy Policy for full data-handling details. For a concrete example of the on-device toolkit at work, see how to scan documents on Android — free, no watermark.
